Membership of the Air Power Association is by invitation and open to all who express an interest in and a desire to promote air power. In particular, interest is welcome from the following: Serving and retired members of the Royal Air Force, those engaged in Media and Communications Directorates of the MOD, members of both Houses of Parliament with RAF or associated defence interests, representatives of the aviation / defence media, members of the aerospace and defence industries.
What membership of the Air Power Association offers you :
- The opportunity to make new RAF, industry and media contacts and renew acquaintances
- The Association’s “The Bulletin” to keep you up-to-date with developments in air power
- The chance to hear top-level speakers from industry and the RAF at Association lunches at the RAF Club
- The opportunity to attend the Association’s highly respected annual Industry Dinner at the House of Commons
- Attend special events, such as presentations and visits to RAF stations, organised by the Association
The Association has two categories of membership:
Industry Members (currently Boeing, EADS, AgustaWestland,
Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, DMA, MBDA,
Raytheon, DSS, Thales, Eventuality UK, Cobham, BAE Systems and The Royal Air Force Charitable
Trust Enterprises); and Individual Membership. Individual membership is only £15 per year.
Industry Membership entitles the organisation to nominate 10 members to the Association and guarantees a table at the annual Industry Dinner.
